What I Collect?
We collect the information you provide when you fill in a contact form on our website or when you make contact about using my services in other ways, for example, via email, phone, social media etc.
Online Collected Information – the only information I keep is your contact information if you email me or use the contact form on this website.
Information Collected at Consultations – The only information I keep is the paper Consultation Sheet I complete when I visit you, this has your name and contact details. The rest is details about your puppy!
Why I need this information?
Online Collected Information- I use this information solely to repond to you about your query.
Information Collected at Consultations – This information is only used/referred to by myself and is used to create an e-mail giving brief notes of some priority areas discussed, This email is sent to you so you have something to refer to or remind you of points discussed.
Do I share your information?
Online & Consultations – No personal details given by you will ever be shared/sold or transferred with any other party without your permission.
Where I store this information?
Online Collected Information – This information is stored on my secure devices and website hosted in the UK.
Information Collected at Consultations – This information is only used/referred to by myself and is stored at my home in a private office within a locked filing cabinet
How long do I keep your information?
I keep your personal information for as long as is necessary to deal with any queries you may have.

Consultation Additional Information
Images
I may take some photographs or a brief video clip of your puppy during the consultation, please let me know if you would NOT be happy for me to release those images along with a brief description of my visit, on my Puppy Parenting Facebook page/website. I will only mention puppy’s name, no other personal details are given.
